Fire Door upgrade Kit for Victorian Panelled Doors

Description:
This intumescent paper with thin white fireproof card facing for use in hard-wearing situations and it can be applied to doors with intumescent adhesive, to give them a fire rating of 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the thickness and type of wood of the stiles and rails. The paper is also supplied pre-adhered to genuine wood veneers or thin plywood. After fitting, the card and the plywood may be painted over or varnished. The paper can be supplied independently for use by door manufacturers. It can be used between 4mm plywood panels if new doors are being made, giving 30 minutes of fire protection. If fitted between 12mm plywood panels, it can give 60 minutes of fire protection.

Use:

This system is used to upgrade victorian 4 / 6 panelled doors to FD30s fire door, with the use of HW01 Intumescent base coat for the rails and stiles.

Fire Door Upgrade kit for Raised and Fielded Doors

Description:
This product is an intumescent coating system for raised-and-fielded doors, to upgrade them to fire door rating, available clear or in colours (BS or RAL), and in gloss, semi-gloss, and matt finishes. The system is supplied as a complete kit of coatings. Upgrade labels are supplied in each kit to indicate the status of the treated door.

Use:
Envirograf® intumescent upgrade system for raised-and-fielded doors does not require the removal of existing varnish, golden decorations, or paints. It can be applied directly over the previous finish after normal washing down. Fire tests have been conducted on doors with a variety of thicknesses. Please check details before specifying.
