Intumescent Fire And Smoke Seals 30/60 min

Use:
Envirograf® intumescent fire and smoke seals are fitted into rebates in doors and/or frames. The release paper on the adhesive backing is removed and then the strip is pressed into the rebate in the door or frame and secured at each end with pins. Once fitted, the plastic facing can be painted, although the brush and rubber seals themselves must not be painted over. Sizes available 10x4, 15x4, 20x4, different colours and different types of smoke seals available.

Intumescent Air Transfer Grilles

Use:
Envirograf® Metal Grilles type MG (slotted) and type MGL (louvred) are utilised either side of a ventilation opening in doors and walls, and they are sold as a set of two grilles. Matching individual plain metal grille plates are available for use in non-risk situations. The sets are defined in two ways: the /D version is for use in situations in which the risk is double-sided (that is, the opening could be attacked by fire from either side); and the /S version is for use in situations in which it has been clearly identified that only a single side of the opening is at risk. When fitting the /S version, the intumesced plate is placed on the risk side and the plain plate is placed on the opposite side of the opening. Sizes available upto 550mmx550mm

Intumescent Block Grilles

Use:
Envirograf® block grilles are indicated in situations where a high protection rating, high air flow, and low maintenance is required.

Intumescent Letter Box

Use:
Envirograf® intumescent letterbox liners are for use in apertures in fire doors (38mm to 70mm) that are already fitted with letter plates. Bare timber must be sealed with paint or wood sealer before fixing the liner.

Intumescent Surface Mounted Fire and Smoke Seals

Use:
Envirograf® surface-mounted intumescent fire and smoke seals can be fitted to single and double door sets in a matter of a few minutes. Once fitted, the face of the seal (except the brush) can be painted over.

Hinge, Lock, and Door Closer Protection

Use:
Envirograf® intumescent protection sheet is used behind hinges and door closers and around locks in fire doors. When installed, the sheet compresses without compromising its protective qualities, unlike mastic.

Fire Rated Self Closing Hinge

Use:

The introduction of the Envirograf® self-closing hinge set means that there is no longer any need for ugly surface-mounted door closers (ideal for use in conservation areas). This set of three hinges acts as a complete door closer. The hinges can be individually adjusted to allow for warped doors. CE approval and tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987) to 30 minutes.

Intumescent Glasing Tape

Use:
Envirograf® intumescent glazing strips are used in timber and steel doors and in partitioning, where the strips are fitted to beads either side of the glazing. Although the seal is only 2mm thick, it can also be compressed down to 0.5mm with no detriment to its intumescent performance.
